Shire Meeting - 060417 - Project Night at Caillin's House
By: Christian M. Cepel on: Tue 18 of Apr, 2006 [19:28 UTC] (438 reads)
Informal Minutes:

Location: Lady Caillin's Home.

Attending: HL Thomas, Lady Marie, Lady Ilaria, HL Caillin, young miss Katy (Spelling?), HE, Sir Tristram, HL Duncan, Lord Kylan, Lord Ancelin, and a visit from Lady Katherine and her fiance, Tom.

Did I miss anybody? Miss a title? Misspell a name?

Business: Lady Caillin asked us to be thinking for next week's business meeting, about whether we'd like to sign up for a shift at Troll for Lillies War. There was some interest. Informally we discussed this website, and the need for disclaimers and possible pitfalls we must work to avoid.

Activities: As it was a project night, HL Thomas and Lady Marie of Calogne brought posterboard shields to be cut out and decorated for the identification of archery butts from a distance. Lady Ilaria brought a truck load of almonds to boil, and all chipped in (with washed hands of course) to shell them. These almonds are to be used in a dessert dish for feast at our fall event The Day of the Hunt. They will be turned into Almond Milk among other things. Lady Marie brought a horn for use in children's activities at The Day of the Hunt and it was deemed perfect for what was wanted. There was a bit of fighting tutelage from some as well.

Extras: Lady Caillin provided us with fruit dip and fruit as a savory snack.

Summary: Much enjoyment and fellowship was had by all. Some digi-photos were taken and may perhaps be displayed here in the near future.
